Forest Department Is Giving Free Of Cost LPG To Protect Trees

Woman carry firewood on their heads in groups is the known picture of any jungle area. AS a result a huge number of timber woods go out from forest. Forest department don’t prevent them as they collect that for fuel. So they have decided to give free of cost LPG connection and gas oven to 10,000 forest slums of Buxa Tiger Reserve as an alternative fuel.

Ujjal Ghosh, field director of Buxa Tiger Reserve project said that the community development job will be done with the money collected from the revenue and from the entry fee of Rajabhatkhawa. 5 crore has been submitted to Buxa Tiger Conservation Foundation Trust for this purpose.
