Mount Everest! The temperature now is around minus 22 degree Celsius. You would eat there anything by sitting relaxed. You can’t believe that, can you? Well you should.
Copenhagen chef James Sherman is opening a temporary restaurant in Everest base camp. His four friends will be with him.
Sherman visits 20 countries in these 20 months. On the first two weeks, they finds out about local food. And on the third week, they opens a temporary restaurant, where they serves the local dishes with new appearance. The restaurants continues for one week.
After Beijing, Ho Chi Minh, Hong Kong, its time for Everest base camp. Eating tour of 14 days, 10th to 23rd December. 15 people can participate in this tour. The cost for tracking is $1050 per person and eating cost is separate.
29th November was the last day of submitting the advance. They will land on Lukla airport from Kathmandu on 10th December And will get back to Kathmandu on 23rd december.
Thereafter, Sherman have intension to serve food in Indian trains, which travels in tea gardens.
