The Inter Service Intelligence or ISI is considered the most powerful and strongest intelligence agency. The headquarters of ISI is in Shahrah-e-Soharwadi in Islamabad and it founded in 1948. ISI is one of the primary members of the Pakistani Intelligence Community and it reports to the Director-General.
