
On Friday morning, five people including four suspected militants killed in terror strike in Christian Colony, Peshawar, Pakistan. Four militants were gunned down in a fierce battle with security force. One passerby was reported to lose his life during the gun battle.
The exchange of fire between the law enforcement personnel and an unknown number of suspected militants started at around 6am in Christian Colony. The Colony near to the Pakistan-Afghanistan Border.
Witnesses claimed to hear explosions in the area and a helicopter was also seen conducting surveillance. The gunmen were wearing suicide jackets.
Security forces have deployed the area and the searches operation is going on for the remaining.
Terror attack in Christian Colony has yet again triggered the argument on the increasing attacks on religious minorities of the country.
