After UP’s Anti-romio-squad, Now Haryana Presents “Operation Durga”


After the Up’s anti-romio-squad, Haryana government t has launched ‘operation durga’ from Thursday to protect girls. On the very first day, ‘Operation Durga’ police have arrested 72 persons across the state.

The 24 police personnel team formed by Haryana Chief Minister will search for crimes on women in different places and will arrest the accused. The operation, managed by women, has 9 sub-inspectors, 14 assistant sub-inspectors, 6 head constables and 13 constables.

The team will roam around schools, colleges, bus stand, and railway stations and will give protection to women. Haryana government has formed women police station in every district in the state to protect women. Women can safely make complaints there. But it has been noticed that women don’t feel free to complain. ‘Operation Durgas’ job is to repress crime on women.
