
Lalbajar on Monday night received a threatening call to blow up Kolkata airport. CISF began to search the area of airport. After the raid at the night with sniffer dogs the search was still enforced in the morning.
Lalabajar source said that on Tuesday at 1.30 am a threatening call from the number 3615188371 was received by the police control room. An unidentified male voice said that one man named Arshad had planned to blow up the Dumdum airport. After getting the call the airport was virtually tighten with flawless security. All the cars which were coming to the airport were stopped and searched. Passengers were searched. However, there was not anything suspicious.
Police are trying to find where the threatening call came from.
